Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging

  • Order no needs to be quoted

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@famazacouture.com.

Shipping Refunds

For change-of-mind returns:

  • We refund the product price

  • We refund the original standard delivery cost (if paid)

  • Premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable

  • Return postage costs are not refundable

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund:

  • Product cost

  • Original shipping fee

  • Return shipping cost (upon proof of postage)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is faulty

  • You received the wrong item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures faster processing.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
